In the evening of October 21, Mr. Obiang, the president of Republic and Equatorial Guinea with 54 followers arrived in Dalian. At then, CDIG hosted the delegation as accompanying organization, and Mr. Xing Liangzhong, the deputy Dalian Mayor attend the dinner. Mr. Wang Xinmin, the president of CDIG spoke to welcome the delegation’s visit, as well as that Mr. Obiang expressed his enthusiasm.

On 9 o’clock October 22, Mr. Obiang and his delegation visit the company’s headquarter, where all the board leaders of the company in Dalian attended the meeting.

Mr. Wang Xinmin introduced the company’s business and performance, especially introduced the Project in Guinea. Mr. Wang expressed the confidence of completing the Project efficiently.

Mr. Obiang said, he is appreciate to Mr. Wang Xinmin’s introduction, and the warm receive from CDIG to the delegation. He said he touched friendship at the first step into the company, and he believed this visit would help to strength the friendship between two parties.

Mr. Obiang said, in this trip to China, Guinea and China government signed the Project Implement Guarantee. Also both sides exchanged the idea about financing. As Guinea’s economy is heading so fast, there would be more projects, therefore it welcomes more involvement of China enterprise.

Mr. Obiang said, the project we cooperated in Bata is going to fulfill. At the very beginning, another China enterprise undertook the project; however it didn’t complete the project on time. We were seeking for a capable and careful company to participate. I am really appreciating your work on the project; also I am appreciating to the aid from China Embassy in Guinea. I can feel CDIG is capable and faithful and I believe you can take more market.

Mr. Obiang said, throughout the visit, I can see that you have you advantages, as large scale and broad business scope. We are delighted to see you are capable and competitive to take the construction in Guinea. I expect more of your involvement in construction in the country. Here I promise I support your business in my country. About the newly signed project, Mr. Obiang said he guarantee that the finance support will efficient so that the implement of the project will be sufficient.

Mr. Obiang said, I got to know that you have many advantages over house construction, so I expect your help in other fields. With both sides’ efforts, there should be better prospector and more cooperation.

In the meeting, ssked by, Mr. Wang Xinmin, Mr. Obiang denoted his words to CDIG. And Mr. Wang gave presents on behalf of CDIG. Mr. Wang Hongjie, the Project Manager of Guinea Project, introduced the sad table of Bata and Malabo.

After the meeting, Mr. Wang Xinmin introduced Mr. Obiang to Fenghe Wanjia sub-district. The President asked the project plan, design, and construction, and also he visited the residence family. He sang high praise of the district.

 In the afternoon, Mr. Wang Xinmin introduced the President to Sino Food CO., Ltd, which is cooperator of CDID. On that 5 o’clock p.m., Mr. Xing Liangzhong, the deputy Daian Mayor, Mr. Wang Hongjun, the director of City Foreign Affairs Office and Mr. Wang Xinmin send the President off in the airport. Mr. Obiang acknowledged the warm receive from Dalian City and CDIG, and invited the mayor and company’s leader to Guinea. He shacked hands with Mr. Wang Xinmin and said, I look forward to another meeting with you in Guinea.
